I have been going here for the last 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Greg is an amazing person and has become a great friend of mine as the years have gone on. I highly recommend getting your haircut here!

I've gone to this shop for a couple years now. Greg is a talented barber and has excellent communication skills. Not much else to say, if you go here you'll be getting a great haircut from a great man.

First time at Dick’s, I was able to call this morning and book an appointment day of. I highly recommend calling in advance instead of walk in due to limited staff. Greg took care of me and made me feel welcome. He was extremely friendly and had a great conversation. Since he was the only in, he balanced between answering phone calls and running the place, however that did not make any negative impact on my experience. On top of balancing running the shop, it didn’t take away any attention to detail over my haircut. Once Greg was done, he walked me through everything he did and made sure I left satisfied. For someone who always struggles to find a good barber, I felt welcomed and expect to be returning regularly. Thank you Greg was the great service!

Gotta be honest, haven't got my haircut here but Greg is the best! If you ever need a cut, just call the store up :) great prices too! (Ps greg- this is Autumn who used to work downstairs, I can't find the fb page. 🙏 please put the link or username down below. I'll try to visit soon)

Go to the website says walk ins welcome, it's 11.39, tell the brother I'm just trying to get my beard lined up and the guy says unfortunately he has no more open slots for the day and refers me to go to mall of America. Mind you there are at least 6 chairs in the shop but only one person in there. If walk ins are not welcome then say that on your website and I don't have to waste my time coming to an establishment that doesn't want my business. I'm lazy because I went you your 2 dollar outdated website that said walkins are welcome? I see now why you only had one person in there working, I'm sure with that sorry attitude of yours no one wants to work at the trash establishment with bugs all over the floor

I was charged $40 for a haircut when their website lists a men’s haircut for $23. The employee's only excuse was "the website prices were wrong". The ol' bait n switch

Greg did a great job on my hair. I was lucky enough to get in on the same day. Clean place, comfortable chairs, amazing details too in the hair cut. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Which is why this is my new spot for a hair cut. I went to sports clips and it simply doesn't compare to this place. Just make sure you call a week ahead to get an appointment. But don't take my word for it go in yourself and I promise its worth it.

I am not one to leave a review. However, this was necessary. Greg is hands down the best barber in the Cities. First time here and definitely found my new barber. If you are looking for a great haircut for a great price, look no further. Greg is a perfectionist at his craft and the results speak for themselves.
